Our Story
Roofer's Resource started as a thought in 2015 when founder Joe Hamburger watched many small contractors struggle with time management, sales, and customer service. Over the last nine years that idea has been developed into a business model that is designed to provide all roofing companies, but especially the small roofing company the tools, system, and support to not only succeed and grow, but to compete on a level playing field with any size company in the marketplace.
Our Goals
We are working to build a better company, a new way for businesses to operate. To put customers and employees before shareholders, to care more about the people involved than the profits created. We believe that we have built the very best roofing software and paired it with the most professional support service team we can. We have carried this ideology into pricing model to be able to make this system and our services affordable. Helping small roofing companies have access to the same tools and support as larger companies. All to be able to provide equal opportunity to gain jobs, grow, and profit.

Justin Werth, Co-CEO, COO
Founder and chief operational visionary, Justin is the stabilizing force behind the company. He loves to keep his hands full by participating in the development of the software, operational process flow, and employee experience, and customer insights. His ability to manage strategies, and develop plans help the company exceed targets. He has a passion for creation, engineering, and aviation. His off time is spent working on his hand built plane.
Joe Hamburger, Co-CEO, CRO
Founder and Visionary driver of the process and concept that became Elevate and Roofer's Resource. Joe leveraged over 30 years of experience in sales, management, and consulting to help create the foundation of the company. Responsible for driving the revenue of the company Joe works closely with the sales and marketing teams. Other hobbies include Fishing, Hunting, Sailing, and Riding Horses with his family.
