The support side of our system is what really the key feature, while our system is powerful and featured filled, if nobody will use it, it could be free, and it still wouldn't benefit anyone. It is using the technology and having the people who can run the front and back-office functions. We provide you with a team of 12 people who cover from 5am until 7pm Monday-Saturday. We also have on-call staff to support issues outside of those time frames. The benefit of this pricing model is that you have no expense for support without having a sale and cash flow it is tied too. This eliminates labor cost overruns or cashflow issues with support staff.
Support No Elevate
We provide a way to have our team support and process your deals without needing to have your own instance of Elevate/Odoo.
Support With Elevate
For roofers doing less than 100 jobs per year pricing starts at $30.00 and will drop at specific thresholds making it more affordable the more you use the system.
Support With Elevate 100
For roofers doing 100 or more jobs we move to a flat fee pricing model which provides the most affordability.
