A New Approach
We are taking the opportunity as we start this company, to be able to build an interlaced network of remote employees, centered around teams, and tasks. While this model isn't new, moving to a 4-day work week for management and operational administrative staff is, so too is production and support teams structured to fit the needs of employees, as opposed to the needs of the company. We are taking the concept of job sharing to a completely new level. While still maintaining functional support and expanding our customer service model to 7 days a week.

We value our clients certainly and everything our support teams do is in support of them, when it comes to administrative teams and management teams, or client changes. Our client is our team members in the trenches, everything we monitor, build and create is done to lighten their workload, enhance their ability to service the end users. We want people to have the income they want to better enjoy their lives, to provide more security, to pursue hobbies, or perhaps send their kids to college. We also want them to have the time to enjoy their lives. When we state that we want our people to work to live, we mean it. We don't want any of our people to live for their work. No matter how passionate we are about what we do, and why we do it. We don't and won't ever ask anyone to put the company before family or self.

What We Offer

We know that several of our jobs can be done at any hour of the day, and with 14 hours a day of needed coverage and on-call times over the weekends we know there is a spot on our team for anyone and everyone.
