We start by reviewing the submission of the job.  Make sure everything is in order, accurate, and confirmed with the homeowner  Upon validation of the material list we will submit the order, schedule the delivery of the materials order.  Schedule your crew and provide them with the materials list, job details, and access to a worksheet to be completed during installation.   If a permit is required we will submit the application on your behalf if it can be processes by telephone, email, or form submission.   We pride ourselves on professionally handling your entire back office for one flat fee.

Easy Submission

The portal has a job wizard form, that is the same as the form we use for our full system.  This form collects the date and documents we need to process a job.  Once receieved the processing starts immediately, and you will receive regular email updates as key milestone tasks are started, completed, or stalled.   If we are ever stalled your team leader will be attempting to contact you immediately for help to resolve any issue that has ovvured.

Access to Updates

The portal provides you quick access to the worksheet, task list, and updates.   You can ask questions, provide information, request changes all through the portal, or through email and/or text messaging.  Automated emails and text messages provide a continual stream of information and updates to your clients, keeping them informed and updated every step of the way.
