We are happy to walk through the system with you and answer any questions you have on operations, pricing etc. We have advisors instead of salespeople. We know how our system can help the right contractors, so we don't try to "sell" you on our system. We present options, and features, but more critical is that we ask questions about your goals, about your current roadblocks or bottlenecks and make recommendations based upon that information.

Contracts????
No, you are not in a locked in contract.
The system Elevate is structured either by the month, or by the year. You can discontinue or cancel your subscription at anytime. But if you pay for the annual upfront and don't continue to use it. There is no refund of unused amount by the provider. If you are unsure it is recommended to pay month-to-month for the first year.
Support Services
The support services are a separate feature and those are pay as you sell as well. We have structured it so that the invoice for services is sent after the job has been completed and installed. We want you to be able to pay for this service from the sale of that job. We have worked hard to build the system to allow contractors to put the cost of our support service into the price of the jobs they are selling.

Where are you Located?

the employees and more importantly your support team is located throughout the United States. Teams are created an working in the times zones for the contractors they support.
Headquartered in Texas and Operational Office in Michigan.
To provide better visibility, access and operational success we have two operations centers. Due to the number of contractors in Texas, as well as primary suppliers like SRS we established our headquarters in Texas. Not forgetting that other parts of the country have more cyclical issues for roofing need and knowing that the northern part of the country needed representation as well we established our sales and support operations center in Michigan.
How does pricing work?
Support Only
Support only is a portal access system that is free of charge to the contractor. Support is where we handle all your back-office issues in terms of scheduling, planning, and updating you, the homeowner, and the crew. You are billed after the job has been installed, allowing you to be able to pay for the service through the sale of the roof. No out-of-pocket expenses. Should a contactor not pay for the support services when billed, or delay the payments, they lose the ability to pay after completion. They will get moved to 50/50 and if it continues, they are put on pre-paid only.
System and Support
When you use system and support, you need to register and set up Elevate supported by an instance of Odoo. You will have a customized price that includes both Elevate and Odoo. They run together, elevate is a customized module that allows the Odoo framework the capability to support roofing operations and to integrate with suppliers and measurement companies. The system will automatically convert sales into processing requests and billing for support will be the same as it is for support only.
System Only
When you use system only, you need to register and set up Elevate supported by an instance of Odoo. You will have a customized price that includes both Elevate and Odoo. They run together, elevate is a customized module that allows the Odoo framework the capability to support roofing operations and to integrate with suppliers and measurement companies.
Did you Say Free?
What is Free
For new portal users or Elevate users we do offer the first three free. The system isn't free, but your first support submissions for jobs is free. You will also earn additional free processing jobs through achieving milestones. Every 20 jobs you have processed and scheduled by us you will receive and free job.
Meaning of Net Zero
What do we mean when we say net zero. It is the idea that using the system in conjunction with support will create highly profit margins, and more sales. Enough new sales that what you gain in profit from more sales is equal to or higher than what operating the system and paying for the support would cost you.
An Example would be. If last year you sold 72 roofs at an average square price of 515 and average squares per roof of 18.25 average sale was 9848.75 for a total of $716,310.00 and a profit of $119,000. Profit margin was 16.6% With the system you now have the time to increase your sales this year you sell 118 and you are able to sell at a higher per square average price $562. We will assume that the average square for roofs stays the same at 18.25 making your average sale $11,161.25 with dump fees and admin fees added, just like prior year. Total revenue would be 1,317,027.50 with a 25% profit margin or a profit of $329,256.87 System and Support cost billed were $34,350.00 leaving a net gain in profit of $283,006 dollars. This is what we mean by Net Zero. It cost you nothing, in fact it paid you to get the system and use the support.
No-Out-of-Pocket
When we say no out of pocket, it means that you are not paying anything upfront for services. There is no risk to you of paying for something with no return on that investment. By allowing you to pay for the support after the work is completed you can always be paying that cost with the proceeds of the sale. In fact we encourage you to add the cost of the service to the sales price. Put a line into your quote tool to add $300.00 per job for support services.
Is It Complicated to use?
Nope, it's pretty easy to use.
The system is a very powerful but easy to use system allowing you access to it on a computer, laptop, tablet, or phone. It is a very intuitive system to walk through step-by-step process.
Set-up
Don't worry you are not alone. When you purchase the system you are also getting 2 hours of onboarding and set-up support. 90% of the system is ready to go the moment we turn it on and load Elevate on creating the full system. The remaining 10% is setting up your details, credentials, integrations, and showing you how to customize your website and branding. As well as walking you through where to find our tutorials in case you forget and walking you through all the steps you have to know.
On-going Support
We also provide ongoing support and access to use tutorials and help desk tickets for any issues, bugs found, system problems, or user-based error problems.
Whose Responsible for Order accuracy?
The contractor.
While our support service reviews materials lists, and our system and our portal system create material list counts automatically. We request that the contractor review and approve the materials likes prior to us submitting the purchase order.
Recommendation
We do make a recommendation that the materials list is included and sent to the crew lead prior to the job being started and materials are on-site. We also strongly recommend that the crew lead, or a crew member reviews the delivered production prior t being on site
